I've been taught that fear negates faith.  If you think that there's no way for you to own a home, think again.  Fear, I believe has prevent many buyers from stepping forward.  How we conquer our fears is with knowledge and education.  That is what I'm trying to do.  Part of being afraid has to do with what we hear from the news media.  Our local real estate board is running a television ad to get the word out. I am currently involved with other realtors in putting together a homebuyer's fair scheduled in June, 2009.   I find myself repeating the old cliche, "you can take a horse to the water, but you can't make it drink."

Today, I decided to visit the town of Southport.  It is located west of Wilmington, NC.  You do what you have to do to keep your sanity. My cell phone and laptop makes all this possible.  Southport is a great vacation spot.  It's known for its 4th of July celebration and fireworks.  Click on the link below to check out the website.
